Theater has always been a place where people come to see the truth about life. This April, Nyakagwa Mahaga Performing Arts took up the cause of albinism in Creek, a tragic stage play performed on April 5 and 6 at Braeside Theatre in Lavington, Nairobi.
The cast included Caxton Kichamu, Tabitha Njoki, Delvin Obara and Fathenius Kimani from the Dr. Choksey Albinism Foundation. Together they highlighted the challenges of living with albinism in Africa and worked to dispel the darkness of ignorance about the condition.
We invite everyone to support causes like this one as we work together toward a world where persons with albinism are seen, heard, and valued.
